I’m going to say first and foremost, I buy Field Notes because they’re honest, beautiful, made in the USA using amazing paper and inks, and they’re all letterpressed. Still I get a lot of flack from my friends because of the sheer multitude of said notebooks I own. So here’s a blanket response as to why I (and you) should have a whole bunch of Field Notes.
I wish furniture would still debut like this

QR Codes!
Thursday, May 7th, 2009recent obsession: QR codes. ‘QR’ stands for Quick Reference, and they’re barcodes that can be read by the cameras on smartphones used mainly to direct people to websites or give people small amounts of information like phone numbers. I’m not entirely sure that I will be able to use them very effectively, but either way, they’re super cool. There’s a good free generator here.
